Welcome to BlurIt. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. BlurIt is operated by TOSS (The Otherside Studios).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using BlurIt, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Subscription and Payments

BlurIt offers a Free Version and a Pro Version. Access to Pro features requires a one-time lifetime purchase.

• Pro Purchase: Payments are processed through RevenueCat and your device's app store (Google Play or Apple App Store).
• Lifetime Access: Once purchased, Pro features remain active for the lifetime of the App with no recurring fees.
• Ads: The Free Version includes interstitial advertisements served by Google AdMob, which are permanently removed upon Pro purchase.
• Refunds: All financial transactions and refunds are handled by the app store in accordance with their respective policies.

3. Data Ownership and Privacy

You retain full ownership of all images you edit within the application.

• On-Device Processing: Images are processed entirely on your device; no images are uploaded to our servers.
• Anonymity: BlurIt does not require user accounts and does not collect personal identification information.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to edit.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TOSS (The Otherside Studios) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the app, including but not limited to loss of data or use.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring your use of the app complies with local laws and regulations.
• Not using the app to process illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Maintaining the security of your device and app store account.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TOSS (The Otherside Studios) operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
